AhlulBayt News Agency - Over six hundred people have been injured in the chemical attack by Daesh (ISIS) terrorists in the Iraqi northern city of Kirkuk, says Iran's Health Ministry spokesman.
'The mustard gas chemical attack has left 600 people wounded,' Iraj Harirchi told reporters on Monday, adding that the number of severely injured stays low.
Iran so far has sent three medical teams to help and train Iraqi medics to deal with the chemical attack launched by Daesh against civilians in Kirkuk.
Fifty Iraqi doctors have been trained by the Iranian specialists.
Iran's Health Ministry sent medical teams to Kirkuk after official request by Baghdad.
The Chemical bombs have been fired from the areas controlled by Daesh terrorists in Iraq.
A 3-year-old girl has also been killed in the attack.
